The low interest of students in learning science in elementary schools is a problem that impacts the low involvement and effectiveness of the learning process. Preliminary data at MIN 10 Bandar Lampung shows that most fifth-grade students still have low learning interest. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) learning model assisted by three-dimensional animated video media on students' learning interest in science learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were 60 fifth-grade students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data were collected using a learning interest questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. Statistically, the results of the t-test showed a significance value of less than 0.05 (p < 0.05), which indicates that the application of the VAK model assisted by three-dimensional animated video media has a significant effect on increasing students' learning interest. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of the VAK learning model with digital interactive media is effective in increasing interest in learning science. The implications of this research show the importance of implementing innovative media-based multimodal learning to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools.
